We are seeking a trial-tested senior commercial litigation attorney to lead high-level litigation cases. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex commercial disputes, including construction defect cases and other high-value matters. About Us
We are a strategic litigation group that manages cases from start to finish. Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience, a strong track record in high-stakes disputes, and a desire to lead and build their book of business. If you have handled significant commercial disputes and want to avoid red tape, this could be the right opportunity. Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution. Handle high-value disputes, including construction defect cases. Develop and execute litigation strategies independently. Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of commercial litigation experience. Strong writing, research, and motion practice skills. Meaningful trial and courtroom experience. Experience managing teams, clients, and files independently. Preferred
Construction defect litigation experience. Portable book of business (flexibility on size if showing potential). Additional Details
Must be comfortable leading litigation strategies from intake to verdict. Flexible work hours, strong support staff, and opportunities for growth are available. Contact
