$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Head of Roofing & Exterior Restoration
LVI currently have an exciting opportunity open with an established commercial roofing company based in Tampa, FL, known for their commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialize in providing top-notch roofing solutions for commercial properties. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Roofing Director to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our commercial roofing services and client base. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep our services competitive and cutting-edge. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
