Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Roofing Estimator role located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for estimating roofing projects, interacting with customers, conducting site visits, and preparing accurate quotes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of Commercial Roofing experience
- Experience with The Edge estimating software
- Roofing Estimation and Project Management skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing materials and techniques
- Experience with job costing and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
