As an Educational Program Director, you will play a vital role in supporting hardworking families and enhancing the educational experiences of elementary-aged children during out-of-school hours. This is an opportunity to partner with school administrators, engage with students, and lead inspiring learning experiences.

As our Educational Program Director, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to develop innovative classroom experiences and support their professional growth.
- Ensure successful operation of your site by maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
- Engage with parents to collaboratively provide the best care and education experience for their children.
- Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
- Drive recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children in our centers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least one year of teaching experience with a focus on team development and engagement.
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to making a meaningful impact every day.
- Capability to foster strong relationships with families and staff in a playful and exploratory learning environment.
- Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and engage in both indoor and outdoor activities. Must be able to maintain physical and visual contact with children, ensuring their safety while actively participating in their activities.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and parents.
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.35 - $33.15.
