Hardware/Software Licensing Renewals Specialist About the role The Partner Renewal Generalist has general knowledge regarding the full lifecycle of high-volume vendor support for quoting and ordering of on-time renewals. The Renewal Contract Generalist will focus on several key and transactional partners, creating timely quotes and processing on-time orders for their assigned partners. They will work with many partners and internal toolsets, requiring effective communication and cooperation with Sales staff and other internal teams to ensure the best experience for our customers. What you'll be doing Partner with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives and aligned with Winning Together values. Generate regular reports on assigned partners to ensure timely renewal preparation. Collaborate with manufacturers to obtain and merge complete lists of contracts due for renewal. Request quote creation from transactional vendors as needed. Review and adjust vendor details to ensure accurate customer quotes. Maintain opportunities in Salesforce related to partner renewals and transactional vendors. Work with business leaders to determine correct pricing for customers and vendors. Create accurate quotes or quote templates for customer proposals. Send quotes to the business leader for presentation, noting any anomalies or customer questions. Create material requests as necessary. Make revisions to quotes as requested by the business leader within the SLA. Process purchase orders from the Sales team or Named Account Renewal Manager. Place sales orders under the correct customer entity. Ensure timely customer billing. Update vendor portals with necessary information per customer requests. Perform other duties as assigned. Support Computacenter’s mission and core values. What you have Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of the IT industry, technologies, and products. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in different countries, including non-native English speakers. Strong self-organization and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Trustworthiness, assertiveness when needed, initiative, and enthusiasm. Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations.
