Concern Housing is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the reception area and managing general office and administrative responsibilities of the SP-SRO. The Administrative Assistant also represents the site in a positive and welcoming manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the reception area, including answering phones, monitoring security cameras, and assisting tenants and guests.
- Handle A/R for the SP-SRO, including rent collection, repayment agreements, and monthly reviews with the Accounting Department.
- Collaborate with the Property Department on maintenance issues.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supervise site facilities like the Fitness Room and Library/Computer Room.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure proper operation of office machines.
- Distribute notices and memos to tenants as needed.
- Assist with the collection of Laundry Room monies monthly.
- Stay current with all agency compliance documents and trainings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma with at least four years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
