Concern Housing is seeking a Weekend Overnight Counselor responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of residents and the site.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Adhering to all policies and procedures outlined in the personnel manual.
2. Reading logs for updates, instructions, and assignments.
3. Providing counseling as needed and redirecting to regular staff when appropriate.
4. Performing crisis interventions as necessary.
5. Conducting weekly medication counts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining documentation.
6. Performing hourly site walk-throughs during the shift.
7. Unlocking the kitchen and setting out food for breakfast.
8. Monitoring morning medications as needed.
9. Waking clients early when required.
10. Attending monthly staff meetings and all required training sessions, including Relias Learning.
11. Participating in agency forums and staying current with all compliance documents and training requirements.

Salary: $43,680 annually

Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
