Coordinate and provide secretarial support for the Community Wellness Center/Recreation program.

Requirements

High School Diploma, or equivalent 3 years of secretarial experience. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of efficient methods of processing paper flow and record keeping. Skills in general office equipment; including personal computer skills in word processing, excel spreadsheet, and graphics. Maintain a positive, courteous and professional attitude. Process all paperwork following policies and procedures. Valid ODL, reliable transportation and insurance. Must pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must not engage in the dysfunctional use of alcohol or illicit/illegal drugs.
