Title : Transformation leader
Location : Boston , MA

Looking for a Technical leader with 15+ years of experience; including a robust understanding of Cloud strategies and methodologies with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex transformation programs and operations of ~$10M+ in annual revenue on time and within budget.
Technology Strategy and Planning .
- Expertise in developing strategy and planning in IT transformation and modernization initiatives in areas of Data Center, IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and service management and delivery
- Specific examples of large scale Service Desk and Field Services transition and transformation programs; preferably across field sites worldwide
- Collaborate with Leads to streamline organizational structure, technology, and process transformation; resulting in increased operational efficiency and cost savings
- Coach Project/Program Managers on comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Conducted risk assessments and implemented mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
IT Governance and Operating Model .
- Fostered strong relationships with Manager through VP+ level internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and providing regular progress updates.
- Successfully delivered projects on time and within budget, exceeding client satisfaction.
- Impressive track record of creating and executing successful IT infrastructure and programs utilizing SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Broad contract negotiation/remediation experience. Numerous assists with RFIs/RFPs
Program and Team Leadership .
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams through programs and initiatives in diverse consulting engagements and projects
Technical Proficiencies
- Extensive experience in Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google) technologies for several clients
- Service Desk, Field Services and End User Compute expertise and supporting toolsets
