A well-established manufacturing and distribution company recently unified on Infor Syteline ERP Undergoing the next phase of digital transformation with a focus on enterprise analytics Partnering with Accrue to identify a specialized consultant to architect and scale reporting infrastructure Cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Executive backing to drive a modern, data-driven culture across the business
LOCATION
Remote with periodic travel to company HQ in the Fort Mill, SC area

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Leads the development of an enterprise-wide reporting environment post-Syteline ERP implementation Creates scalable data models and dashboards to support leadership decision-making ???????Ensures consistency and usability across functional reporting domains (finance, ops, inventory, etc.) Bridges technical architecture with business needs to enable insights at all levels Helps optimize performance and self-service capabilities within BIRST or Power BI
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Proven experience building data and analytics environments within Infor Syteline ERP Expertise in BIRST highly preferred, though Power BI or similar modern BI tools acceptable Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution data structures and KPIs Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models Comfortable operating as a consultant with minimal oversight, engaging cross-functionally and remotely
