Flow Traders is looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in Hong Kong initially on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment. With a focus on experienced recruitment, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to strengthen Flow Traders’ brand in the technology space. If you are passionate about providing an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams, while executing out-of-the box recruitment strategies, this opportunity is for you.

What You Will Do

• Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements for roles within the company
• Execute effective and creative recruitment strategies to swiftly fulfil hiring targets
• Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
• Retain up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and maintain talent pipeline
• Active sourcing and market mapping of technology talent using social media and other platforms

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle tech recruitment experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• A go-getter attitude; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly adapt to changing priorities
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
