Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active OR License or IMLC
- BLS, ACLS
- Providers must be willing to take call - call is extremely light and must be able to do both below:
- Hospital call- only 8-5 Mon- Friday (not on weekends)
- Clinic call (only phone calls) all hours of day Mon- Sun- very rarely called back in

- Inpatient Call M-F 8am-5pm
- Clinic Call M-S
- Beeper
- 20 Minute Response Time
Support Staff
- 3 Physicians in group
- 1 Mid-level
- 1 RN Supervisor
- 6 MAs
- 1 Clinic Care Coordinator
- 5 Front Staff
