With a deep presence in India and marquee clients like UPS Logistics and ZS Associates, we've already built a reputation for high-quality, customizable corporate swags. We're now scaling our operations in the U.S. market, targeting universities and enterprises, and preparing for a pre-seed fundraising round in 2025.

We’re seeking a visionary Co-Founder who can bring technical leadership, strong product sensibility, and a passion for building scalable, AI-integrated digital platforms.

As a Co-Founder (Tech & Growth), you’ll work alongside the Founder to build and scale CorpoSupplies' next phase — a robust, intelligent web portal that redefines how organizations order custom merchandise. You’ll shape the product roadmap, lead technical development, and drive growth strategies focused on automation, personalization, and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

1. Tech Ownership: Spearhead end-to-end development of our AI-powered swag customization and order portal.
2. AI Integration: Develop or oversee integration of AI recommendation engines to personalize product bundles for clients.
3. Platform Scaling: Build a scalable tech stack that supports multi-city, multi-country operations including U.S. expansion.
4. UX & Automation: Collaborate on a seamless UX and build automation flows for inventory, ordering, printing, and dispatch (dropshipping model).
5. Strategic Growth: Drive platform adoption in U.S. markets through product-led growth and data-driven experiments.
6. Fundraising Support: Work closely during the pre-seed round, helping create a tech-forward pitch to investors.
7. Team Building: Recruit and mentor an early tech team as the business scales.
8. Collaborate: Work closely with sales, branding, and marketing functions to align tech solutions with customer needs.

Minimum Requirements

1. 3–8 years of experience in full-stack development or tech leadership roles, preferably in startups.
2. Proven experience building or scaling a B2B/B2C e-commerce platform from 0 to 1.
3. Familiarity with AI integration in product recommendation engines, personalization models, or chatbots.
4. Experience with APIs, CMS, headless commerce systems, and dropshipping solutions.
5. Strong understanding of UI/UX design, backend architecture, and security protocols.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on builder, and problem solver.
7. Bonus: Past involvement in fundraising, Y Combinator, or similar early-stage startup environments.
