Pay ranges from $17.75 - $20/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts.

CNA Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents, building personal relationships while assisting with daily activities, hygiene, healthcare, and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to prepare residents for therapy and monitor care.
- Encourage residents to participate in social and lifestyle activities to support wellness.
- Recognize and document changes in residents’ conditions and safety, reporting to supervisors.
- Organize and carry out daily tasks efficiently.
CNA Requirements:
- Licensed CNA in good standing in Maryland
- 18 years or older
- Dependable, kind, respectful, with good judgment regarding residents’ rights and dignity
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to perform physical tasks required
- Proficiency in English for safe and efficient communication
