Immediate need for a Claims Coordinator within the largest worldwide investigative solutions company.

The Claims Coordinator will be responsible for accessing client insurance claims systems to accept and analyze requests, then collect and produce copies of claims files, recorded statements, audio, and other requested items. This position will report to the Director of Quality Management and Fulfillment.
Responsibilities/ Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review new client assignment requests, create internal assignments, and ensure accurate billing.
Evaluate requests for and report any possible conflicts of interest to the client representative
Interact with clients via phone and written correspondence
Handle the collection and dissemination of all applicable materials/documents to the requester in the format required
Potentially provide Court testimony on his/her activities to capture the requested information.
Maintain accurate reporting regarding the fulfillment of each request
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and inquiries within expected deadlines
Additional tasks and projects as determined by business need
Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals

Educational/Experience Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
Previous experience in administrative, legal, or healthcare-related roles is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $20.10 - $23.05 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
