This isn't just another admin gig-you'll be the behind-the-scenes MVP keeping our recruiting team on point and our candidates feeling like rockstars.

Schedule interviews like a pro
Keep candidates in the loop and engaged every step of the way
Stay one step ahead-updating systems, juggling details, and catching anything that falls
Help post roles and keep our job listings fresh
Make onboarding smooth, warm, and welcoming

Requirements
Who You Are:
- You've got 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin support
- You're organized, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure
- You communicate like a human-clear, kind, and professional
- You've played around in an ATS before (or are eager to learn)
- You're a team player who's always ready to roll up your sleeves
- Bonus points if you love checklists, color-coded calendars, and coffee
