Sr. Director of Operations (Integrated Microwave Assemblies and Defense Power Conversion)

location. About Crane:
Crane Aerospace & Electronics supplies critical systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets, operating in challenging environments from engines to unmanned systems. Job Summary:
Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Sr. Director will oversee manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and safety across 2-4 locations, managing approximately 300 employees within a 2,400-employee organization. Responsibilities include: Leading multi-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and CBS tools. Developing operational strategies aligned with corporate goals. Fostering teamwork and developing site leaders. Key Competencies:
Leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, results orientation, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing or equivalent, with multi-site leadership experience. 9+ years in management roles. Experience with lean manufacturing, quality systems (AS9100D, ISO9001), and regulatory standards. Location:
Fort Walton Beach, FL; Chandler, AZ; West Caldwell, NJ. Travel:
50-75%. Salary Range:
$199,000 - $244,000, plus performance bonuses. Benefits:
