What You'll Be Doing Drive Revenue Growth: Generate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by landing and expanding high-value customer logos, focusing on Affiliate and Performance Marketers Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline of opportunities through direct and collaborative prospecting efforts. Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and deal closure. Client Discovery & Value Delivery: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and craft compelling, ROI-driven solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance pipeline generation, account retention, and expansion. Market Leadership & Thought Partnership: Position yourself as a subject matter expert on AI video solutions, educating industry leaders on how our platform can revolutionize their communication strategies. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets. About You Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Digital, Affiliate or Performance Marketing, preferably within a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. Quota Achiever: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $1M+ and closing six-figure deals. Sales Methodology: Proficiency in value-driven, methodological sales environments like MEDDPICC or similar frameworks. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Strong understanding of digital advertising and AI technologies, with a keen interest in video SaaS solutions. Independent Operator: Track record of operating autonomously, making sound decisions with minimal direction. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with an executive presence that inspires trust and credibility. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with video advertising. Background in digital advertising, affiliate, or performance marketing.
