Overview
Build and strengthen relationships with patient advocacy organizations, professional societies, foundations, and patient thought leaders in rheumatology and oncology. Represent Cullinan at patient advocacy organization events. Assess program-specific needs to develop phase-appropriate patient advisory councils. Identify and engage patients and their care teams to provide insights internally and externally to drive enhanced understanding about lived experience. Work collaboratively with medical affairs and clinical development teams to understand pipeline goals and develop supportive patient advocacy engagement strategies. Ensure regular communication, collaboration and coordination with all cross-functional internal stakeholders. Create greater awareness of Cullinan and priority clinical programs among key stakeholders, including policymakers, professional societies, and patients. Educate the patient advocacy community about Cullinan, our commitment to patients and our programs. Establish a grant-writing process to secure funding and support patient advocacy initiatives. Candidate Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with members of advocacy groups, community leaders, professional societies, patients and policy/access minded patient or provider opinion leaders. Demonstrated strategic planning, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of immunology landscape preferred. 10+ years of experience in biopharma and working with external stakeholders. Experience in patient advocacy, patient/caregiver/provider engagement, professional society, market access, government affairs, public health policy, or coalition building preferred. Knowledge and appreciation of drug development and regulatory environment required. Proven teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to interact and influence at all levels of business.
