Our client, a large and well-established plumbing company, is looking for a Customer Service

Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. In this role, you’ll do more than just answer phones—you’ll coordinate with technicians and dispatch, set installation appointments for water heaters purchased through major retailers, and act as a key part of the customer experience from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, confident, and has a sales-minded approach —someone who doesn’t just take calls, but builds trust, asks the right questions, and helps customers feel supported and taken care of.

Location: Miami Springs, FL

Pay: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule and confirm plumbing service appointments
• Set up water heater installation appointments through partnerships with major retailers (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.)
• Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch to ensure smooth job execution and accurate routing
• Manage high-volume scheduling, documentation, and communication across multiple systems
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and reschedule as needed
• Identify opportunities to upsell services or offer additional solutions when appropriate
• Communicate job details and special instructions clearly to all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English required ; Spanish is a strong plus
• Prior customer service experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or related service industries preferred
• 2+ years in customer service, scheduling, sales or dispatch
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling software, CRMs, and multitasking across systems
• Positive attitude, team player, and solution-oriented thinker
• Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
• Reliable, organized, and able to perform under pressure
