Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced full-time RN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a healthcare facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia RN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration.
Hours:
7a - 7p
7p - 7a with rotating weekends
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care
- Assist with treatment and medication administration
- Participate in weekly meetings
- Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor, and other departments
- Investigate all incident reports and follow-up
- Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned
