The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Equity Officer and Deputy Commissioner, managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and special projects, while independently handling complex administrative tasks. Key Duties: Coordinate daily administrative functions and logistics for the office. Manage schedules, meetings, and priorities for the Chief Equity Officer / Deputy Commissioner. Handle travel arrangements and vendor coordination for events. Monitor administrative correspondence and ensure timely responses. Assist with agency requests and special projects as needed. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Discretion with confidential information. Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant administrative experience, or equivalent education and experience, including supervisory experience. Additional Information:
