- Support the Accounting Department in fulfilling its duties.
- Work in accordance with the policies and procedures identified by the facility’s management board.
- Monitor customer accounts.
- Prepare invoices and collect rents.
- Monitor the head office accounts.
- Reconcile all accounts and prepare reconciliation documents.
- Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facilities.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
- Participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity and share individual responsibilities to increase environmental knowledge and carry out necessary training. Minimize consumption of materials and equipment (paper, printed materials, etc.).
- Implement necessary warnings and departmental training to save energy inside the facility. Carry out decisions made for energy conservation and assess the environmental impact and energy efficiency of purchased equipment.
- Implement responsibilities to properly eliminate and collect waste, reduce environmental pollution, and mitigate harmful effects on the environment.
- Education: 4-year bachelor's degree.
- Experience: At least 4 years of applied experience in the related field or 1 year of experience following an associate degree.
- Foreign Language: Not required.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy is an asset.
- Special Qualifications: Knowledge of legislation, practices, and systems in the related field. Ability to perform specific sequential activities that are related to each other.
