Contract to Hire(Accepting candidates on W2)
As a Business Systems Analyst on the eAPI Product Team, you’ll bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and our engineering teams. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for a suite of cloud‐native services and APIs that integrate with our SAP S/4HANA backbone. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to elicit, document, and validate functional and non‐functional requirements.
Create process flow diagrams, data models, and API sequence diagrams (e.g., Define domain‐driven API boundaries and data contracts in collaboration with architecture.
Author and maintain clear, versioned documentation in Confluence and SharePoint (including user guides, developer guides, API reference).
Support data governance by defining data steward roles, data lineage, and data quality rules.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Participate in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‐ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Quality Assurance & Support
Validate that delivered services meet requirements through functional testing and SQL‐based data validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, with a particular focus on AWS (e.g., Proficient in SQL; able to write queries for data profiling and validation.
• Confluence, Jira (including JQL), and SharePoint.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA functional modules, integration points, and implementation best practices.
• Certification in SAP integration (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or API management (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with data modeling tools (ERwin, ER/Studio) and UML.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy) or low code platforms.
