HR Transaction Management:
Process high-volume employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards. Workflow Tracking:
Monitor transactions using CRM tools and workflows, coordinating with employees, managers, and HR partners. Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve data issues, escalating to management as needed for timely correction. Auditing & Quality Control:
Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and consistency of employee master data. Stakeholder Support:
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams while maintaining strong customer service and confidentiality. Qualifications for the HR Operations Analyst:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in high-volume HR transactional processing, with preferred experience in HRIS platforms and employee data management. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills including sorting, formulas, data organization, and audit functions. Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a service-focused mindset and the ability to manage confidential information while prioritizing tasks under defined SLAs.
