- Technical Proficiency - Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R language, and tools such as Google Sheets or Excel to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Problem-Solving - Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business problem-solving and decision-making.
- Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy in managing data and ensuring that results are precise and reliable.

The Role (In a Nutshell):
Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence (BI), the Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and execution of TimeDoc's business intelligence strategy. This includes gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights that inform business decision-making processes and solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams across the organization to meet their data needs and provide actionable information to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Google Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
- Build and maintain robust data models and reporting systems to support business processes.
- Collaborate closely with Care Team Leadership, Workforce Management, Finance, Client Success, HR and leadership team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making and problem-solving.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities that inform decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and best practices.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BI data analytics or a related field (healthcare industry preferred).
- Experience with data visualization such as Google Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong ability to present insights in a clear, concise, and visually compelling way.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
