MNTN . We are seeking an experienced, adaptable architect and leader to guide our Integrations Team. This team manages a high-volume, extensible platform with hundreds of third-party integrations, expanding datasets and capabilities for audience targeting, measurability, and more. The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a tech stack that handles big data, real-time architecture, and a customer-facing UI for data source connections. Responsibilities include: Building, optimizing, and maintaining the Integrations Platform supporting hundreds of data connectors. Leading a team of Fullstack, Data, and Backend (Java/Kotlin) Engineers. Collaborating with leadership to prioritize and develop high-impact features. Shaping and enforcing team processes to ensure rapid, high-quality solutions. Coordinating changes across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicating regularly with senior leadership, including the CEO, to align on priorities and technical strategies. Qualifications: 10+ years in backend development and API design. 3+ years in a software architect or technical leadership role. 5+ years with NoSQL, SQL, distributed storage, and big data systems. Strong understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, Agile). Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience with large-scale integration frameworks like Zapier, Segment, MuleSoft, or Workato.
