Demonstrates leadership skills. Ability to manage multi-site operations; minimum of 30 FTE. Highly motivated with the ability to work in and foster a team environment. Possess strong analytical and financial analysis skills. Possess good organizational skills as well as establishing priorities. Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Delegate tasks effectively. Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with patient concerns. Ability to work under little or no supervision and able to follow directions with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated knowledge in management theory and practice. Skills in examining and re-engineering operations. Skills in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures, including training staff and monitoring and improving staff performance. Exceptional technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic health records. Ability to develop and maintain record-keeping systems and procedures. Demonstrated knowledge in third-party and Government payer and reimbursement regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid program requirements. QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Care or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be accepted. Experience:
Minimum of three to five years’ experience managing physician practices, including managing physician financial and productivity performances, setting customer service and quality standards, preparing physician schedules, and developing professional billing and coding workflows and forms. Proficiency in Microsoft computer software required. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Practice management computer systems and financial reporting experience necessary.
