Yes The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns—including challengers and incumbents—with services such as field operations, fundraising, communications, digital strategy, research, and management consulting. Supported by contributions from individuals, organizations, and Democratic Members nationwide, we seek talented professionals committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority. All positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle due to the cyclic nature of our organization. Position Summary:
The DCCC is hiring an Analytics Insights and Targeting Director for the 2026 cycle. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics tools to support congressional campaigns nationwide, directly assisting Members of Congress with analytical needs, and contributing to national strategy. Responsibilities: Provide top-tier support and serve as the primary liaison with DCCC Directors, ensuring prompt, professional responses and excellent analytic insights; Present relevant analyses at quarterly Frontline meetings and delegation meetings; Encourage a culture of learning among Regional Analytics Directors by sharing national research and analysis; Coordinate with the National Analytics Director and other Directors to ensure cohesive analysis across stakeholders; Perform additional duties as assigned by the Deputy Executive Director and National Analytics Director to support the Analytics team’s success. Requirements: Experience in political campaigns spanning multiple cycles, including at least 2-3 cycles involving data, targeting, or analytics; Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly and persuasively; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and G-Suite; Self-directed with a collaborative approach, balancing proactive project management with teamwork; Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion; Demonstrated multicultural competence and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds; Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to build relationships at all organizational levels; Familiarity with congressional analytics and data is strongly preferred; Knowledge of GIS systems and data visualization challenges is a plus; Proficiency in Python and R is preferred.
