Location: Lansing, MI
Compensation: $24-$28/hour + Comprehensive Benefits

- Patient Care & Education - Prepare patients for procedures, explain treatments, and provide post-care instructions.
- Instrument Sterilization & Setup - Maintain a sterile and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized.
- X-ray & Imaging - Capture high-quality digital X-rays to support accurate diagnoses.
- Impressions & Molds - Assist with impressions for specialized endodontic treatments.
- Inventory & Equipment Maintenance - Keep supplies stocked and ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained.
- Administrative Support - Help with patient scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance verification as needed.
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (Endodontics experience preferred).
- X-ray Certification (State-required certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control.
- Proficiency in dental software & scheduling systems (Dentrix experience is a plus).
- Excellent chairside manner - Keep patients comfortable and at ease.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
