ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health North Hospital, located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with their Hospitalist program. At least 2 years of inpatient experience are required.

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7p-5a (4) 10 hour shifts
- No Call
- 204-community hospital
- Established hospitalist program inclusive of 11 Physicians & 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- Clinical responsibilities will include admissions and consults from ED, rounding on inpatients as needed, discharges, coordination of patient and family care needs
- Advanced practice providers work independently with limited daily physician supervision
- Specialty support provided by Cardiology, General Surgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology Nephrology, Radiology, ID (telemedicine), Psychiatry (telemedicine)
- No procedures required
- Ability to live on Lake Gaston
- ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association are required
