Job Overview As part of an IT team, this position provides IT Helpdesk/Desktop support, including: Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, video conferencing, and networks. Following SOP documentation and escalating issues appropriately. Managing inventory of devices. Performing IT housekeeping projects. Wiping PC hard disks and imaging devices. Booting PCs and checking OS compatibility. Assisting with equipment moves and E-waste management.
Skills
Strong service-oriented mentality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to learn and cross-train Hands-on experience with Windows 10, G-suite, Exchange, Mac OSX, Active Directory, system imaging, hardware, and mobile devices Basic networking knowledge, including VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP Experience with remote access/support tools Plus: Service-Now, JAMF, SCCM, CrashPlan, Zoom, Okta, Ring Central
Compensation
Estimated Pay Range: $24.84 - $25.00 USD. Exact compensation depends on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
