Deskside Support Technician Type:
In-person Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No overtime unless approved, no after-hours work) Primary Responsibilities
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities Handle imaging tasks Required Skills
Dependability:
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance. Proactive attitude is essential due to limited onsite IT leadership. Soft Skills:
Ability to work effectively with strong personalities, manage stress, and deescalate tense situations. Experience and Education
