Overview
SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work encompasses all services required to deliver comprehensive bot development, enhancement, and support for the RPA team's bots deployed in WFA, HR, ITS, SPA and BPS. This includes creating new bots, fixing bugs, migrating bots to a new framework, updating development documentation, collaborating with other ITS RPA developers, reviewing code, and managing migrations between environments. Current bots can be broadly classified into the following categories: 1. Document Handling 2. Web Automation 3. SAP Automation 4. ServiceNow Automation 5. Outlook Automation All services provided and products delivered must comply with client security policy and standards, ITS program development standards, quality processes, performance guidelines, architecture requirements etc.
Perform day to day monitoring of the RPA bots. Develop and manage bots, and third-party integration components. Develop necessary development documentation as needed e.g. project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual etc. Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod. Creates Workflow activities and approvals. Implement new workflows that use a variety of activities to understand how records are generated from workflows. Investigate performance issues, learn troubleshooting tools, and use system logs to find issues. Develops and improves user systems procedures and prepares systems documentation. Establishes and maintains effective communications with customers, other technology specialists, and vendors about services.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The RPA Automation developer is responsible for developing and supporting RPA bots, migrating bots to a new framework and updating development documentation.
Required Skills:
Should have Automation Anywhere certification. Extensive experience in Automation Anywhere, Co-Pilot, and Generative AI Proficient in conducting feasibility checks and designing automation solutions following standard RPA design principles. Skilled in implementing RPA scripting solutions using VBScript, Python, JavaScript, and VBA Macros. Experienced in developing automation solutions with .NET using Visual Studio. Capable of evaluating and recommending RPA tools based on project requirements, considering scalability, security, and integration capabilities. Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements. Translates business processes into efficient and effective RPA solutions. Oversees the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless interoperability. Provides technical leadership to RPA development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with RPA implementations, including security, data privacy, and system dependencies. Communicates complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in understanding stakeholder requirements and translating them into various documentation deliverables, such as functional specifications, use case diagrams, workflow process diagrams, and data flow/data model diagrams. dditional experience with other RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism is a plus. dept at identifying the best-customized solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of RPA strategy at an enterprise level. Experienced in analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes in detail when required. Skilled in designing process workflows and conducting process automation reviews. Capable of working within project planning constraints and communicating identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager, providing inputs to the change control process as needed.
