Our client is searching for a Global Treasury Director to take full ownership of the company’s treasury operations. What You'll Do:

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead global cash management strategy and execution. Your role will span:

Liquidity Management & Forecasting

• Own and refine 13-week cash flow forecasts across global entities
• Ensure sufficient liquidity while maximizing returns on idle cash
• Optimize working capital to support the company’s expansion goals

Treasury Process Transformation

• Design and implement best-in-class treasury processes and systems
• Standardize practices across a global footprint
• Improve visibility, speed, and control of global cash movement

Operational Oversight: AP, AR, & Credit

• Provide strategic direction to centralized AP and AR teams
• Track DSO/DPO and drive meaningful improvement
• Tighten financial controls and eliminate inefficiencies

Risk & Compliance

• Partner with banking institutions and third-party providers to mitigate FX and operational risk
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal controls

Leadership & Strategy

• Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on execution and accountability
• Lead with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up mentality
• Help shape the organization’s finance function post-carveout

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA, CPA, or CTP a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including global cash management
• Expertise in liquidity planning, treasury system implementation, and AP/AR leadership
• Private equity background highly preferred
• Proficiency in TMS platforms and ERP integrations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
