The Director will spearhead innovative solutions, foster business-IT synergy, manage global teams (both internal and offshore), oversee budgets and vendor management, ensure compliance, and cultivate high-performing teams to deliver world-class IT services with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead with Vision : Direct the I&O team to set ambitious goals, craft strategic roadmaps, prioritize high-impact projects, and recruit top talent, fostering a culture of engagement, innovation, and urgency. Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee operational teams delivering 24/7 production support, including triage, advanced troubleshooting, problem management, and root cause analysis to ensure seamless service delivery. Champion Modern Technologies : Architect and implement solutions leveraging hyper-converged infrastructure,
SD-WAN
for optimized networking,
Kubernetes
for container orchestration,
automation
for operational efficiency, and
edge computing
for low-latency, distributed processing. Ensure Robust Compliance : Develop and enforce IT compliance with corporate, regulatory, and industry standards, integrating security and privacy best practices and policies to maintain a robust framework. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with IT leadership to define and execute a forward-looking strategy for data centers, telecommunications, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud (public/private), disaster recovery, and monitoring technologies. Responsible for all operational teams that provide day-to-day production support and delivery of critical production services, including triage, advanced troubleshooting, problem management, and root cause analysis. Develop the appropriate in-source and outsourced IT solutions that align with the Senior IT Leadership's strategy. Work with IT leadership to define and implement a strategic plan for the portfolio of all data centers, telecommunications, network, storage, virtualization, server, cloud, disaster recovery, and monitoring technologies. to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and accelerate service delivery across all IT operations. Elevate Service Delivery : Transform IT operations from reactive to proactive, service-level-driven excellence, incorporating ITIL-based Service Management principles. Optimize Performance : Define and manage KPIs for data center operations, focusing on financial efficiency, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction. Secure and Scale : Ensure continuous, secure operation of computing and networking infrastructure, with robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Drive M&A Integration : Standardize and consolidate infrastructure from mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to achieve operational and cost efficiencies. Drive exceptional customer service and support behaviors across all aspects of the Information Technology team(s) Lead the IT operations and support function to sustained, measurable, and continuously improving levels of delivery and performance. Ensure the continuous and secure operation, administration, and maintenance of the Company's computing and networking infrastructure, including the development of security, privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Incorporate appropriate Service Management principles to improve service delivery management. Ensure optimal performance and achievement of business SLAs by defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data center operations, including financial, operational, and customer satisfaction, and managing those KPIs Strategic Vendor Portfolio : Build and maintain a vendor ecosystem for hardware, software, and services,

providers, and cloud platforms, to support on-premise and hosted solutions. Leverage Partnerships : Foster relationships with key vendors to align their technical roadmaps with Signature Aviation’s innovation goals. Innovate Through Technology : Utilize vendor technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experiences at Signature’s global locations. Leverage partner technology and relationships to offer innovative solutions to improve customer experience at Signature base locations Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology-related discipline or equivalent from an accredited college or university (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). At least 7-10 years of work experience in an IT environment with at least 7 years in management and leadership roles Additional knowledge and skills: Proven organizational and team-building track record, particularly with building high-performing teams in a global environment Experience managing medium-to-large-scale datacenter functions in mid-market businesses; multi-divisional experience a plus Previous experience and demonstrated success as a senior leader in global companies May be required to work flexible hours and/or weekends and be available for escalations and emergency response on short notice May be required to travel to other locations up to 10% of the time.
