AgentSync Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
AgentSync builds modern insurance infrastructure that connects carriers, agencies, MGAs, and producers. With customer-centric design, seamless APIs, automation, and unparalleled service, our solutions provide data intelligence and streamlined onboarding and compliance management processes that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and get producers ready to sell in hours instead of weeks.
Overview
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative
Director of Revenue Operations
to partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and serve as the operational backbone of our GTM functions—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement. This role is critical to scaling our SaaS business by implementing processes, systems, and analytics that drive predictable growth, operational rigor, and revenue alignment. You will lead a growing RevOps team, working cross-functionally to unify go-to-market strategy, execution, and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution Alignment
Partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, GTM leaders and Finance to align on shared goals, strategy execution, and annual/quarterly operating plans. Lead GTM planning processes including territory design, quota setting, segmentation, and headcount modeling. Serve as the connective tissue across all revenue functions—contributing to integrated strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement by leveraging data and insights.
Revenue Insights & Forecasting
Build and manage forecasting processes that deliver precision across segments, reps, and time horizons. Define and operationalize key performance indicators, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline velocity, CAC payback, sales cycle length, and retention. Develop dashboards and analytics for GTM leaders to track conversion rates, funnel performance, and customer lifecycle metrics.
Process & Systems Optimization
Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Gong, CPQ tools, etc.), ensuring integration, automation, and cost-effective scaling. Standardize end-to-end processes from lead-to-cash, including lead routing, opportunity stages, handoffs, and renewals. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data hygiene, process compliance, and documentation across systems.
Enablement & Productivity
Partner with Sales and CS Enablement to drive onboarding, playbook adoption, and continuous improvement across revenue teams. Ensure tools, workflows, and reporting support the rollout and effective adoption of selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, QBR frameworks, and strategic account planning. Help reduce ramp time and increase rep productivity through data and tools.
Compensation, Pricing, And Incentives
Lead design and administration of variable compensation plans and SPIFFs that align with business goals and individual performance. Collaborate with Product and GTM on pricing strategies and oversee the CPQ process to optimize deal execution and revenue yield.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor the RevOps team. Inform org design, performance management, and resourcing strategy by providing data-driven insights that enable the GTM team to evolve effectively as we scale. Be a “player-coach” who can both operate tactically and think strategically.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and other GTM systems (Marketo, Clari, Outreach, Mode). Proven success in owning GTM planning, forecasting, compensation, and operational alignment. Deep experience in analyzing and improving GTM metrics such as forecast accuracy, CAC payback, pipeline health, and retention. Executive-level communication skills with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders. Experience scaling RevOps teams and systems from early stages through maturity.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in $25M–$150M ARR SaaS companies with international or multi-product complexity. Prior exposure to product-led growth or channel/partner sales models. Familiarity with customer success operations, renewals management, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
Why Join Us?
Opportunity to build the GTM operating system for a high-growth SaaS company. Collaborative, mission-driven culture with a passion for innovation. Competitive compensation ($180K–$195K base), annual bonus, and meaningful equity. 100% employer-covered medical premiums (employee + dependents), 401(k), unlimited PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
