LeaderStat is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing for Manor Park, a premier senior living community in Midland, Texas. Manor Park, Inc is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community offering a full continuum of care, including custom-built homes, independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. This large, beautiful campus in West Texas has a talented leadership team. The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee all marketing and communication efforts, develop policies and procedures, and meet occupancy targets across all sales phases. This role reports directly to the CEO, is a key member of the senior management team, and manages staff and budget resources. Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, Gerontology, or related fields Understanding of physical and psychological needs of the geriatric population Experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically with Life Plan Communities or Continuing Care Retirement Communities Management experience Experience with entry-fee sales, marketing, public relations, and communications Interest in Midland/Odessa area (relocation assistance provided) Application Process
