school calendar . Key Responsibilities
Manage campus operations and lead the Front Office team. Participate in school leadership meetings, report to the School Director. Manage outcomes related to hospitality, enrollment, attendance, finance, and communication. Oversee data analysis, emergency response, tech coordination, event planning, scheduling, enrollment, and parent communications. Build relationships with district facility managers, coordinate services, and support campus safety and maintenance. Lead testing and assessment coordination, and manage communication strategies. Contribute to network-wide operations training and development. Manage substitute systems, recruitment, and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or enrollment in a DSST-approved program. 3+ years in school operations or related experience. Leadership skills, commitment to educational equity, and reflection practice. Ability to manage systems, stakeholders, and address challenges proactively. Preferred Qualifications
Experience serving diverse student populations. Spanish language proficiency (preferred). About DSST
