Corp Atlanta Ravinia, Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, 30346 This role provides strategic commercial direction to both the off-property and on-property teams across sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution functions to drive performance. Goals will include delivering outperformance in share and surpassing revenue and channel targets. The role requires proactive planning and execution of strategies to stimulate, capture, and retain demand across all guest segments. Your day to day Accountable for revenue and share performance driven by sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution functions for a portfolio of hotels. Works with regional and owner/ partner teams to develop and review business projections, while embedding commercial tactical initiatives to achieve common goals. Leads engagement with IHG cross-functional leaders to deliver top-line revenue initiatives. Engages partners and ownership groups to drive revenue and commercial strategies, including a tight focus on MICE business. Keeps abreast of best practices and adapts activities to specific brands and geographies. Is the brand custodian in the region and is responsible for the representation of brands in collateral, advertising, promotions, displays etc. Supports the adoption and utilization of revenue-driving on-property systems. What we need from you Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce; MBA is desirable; has attended marketing-focused workshops facilitated by industry/ tertiary providers. International strategic marketing experience. Experience in applying complex analytics for actions. Experience in driving Groups & Meetings business (MICE). Experience in Sales, Hotel and Brands at a regional level, in a multi-unit management role. Geographical/ international experience. Has experience participating in an industry task force. Establishes goals and objectives and sets performance targets. Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data. Ability to manage multiple tasks; deliver presentations with impact; partnership driven. Thinks globally and is culturally aware. Appreciation of hotel and distribution systems. Demonstrate an affinity with technology. A strong leader, who can articulate a vision and translate it to reality. Creative thinker. Travel : 15% Location : Atlanta, GA; our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $155,000.00 .
