As One of Our Happy Center Leaders You Will: Set a strong example by fostering a positive environment in which children and employees thrive. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe learning environment. Recruit and retain high-performing teachers, actively engaging in their training and development. Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, using engaging characters to enhance learning experiences. Drive business results through effective family retention, enrollment growth, and management of financial operations. Connect with prospective families through engaging tours and organized community events to promote our center. Apply Now If You: Have two or more years of leadership experience in a center (preferred); at least one year required. Hold a state-specific Administrative or Director credential, per local guidelines. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (highly preferred). Have a strong understanding of state licensing rules and regulations. Must meet applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
