JOB PURPOSE Provide quick response and assistance to fire/disaster victims utilizing our 1-800-BOARDUP Victim Assistance Program. Educate fire departments, police, EMS, dispatchers, Red Cross, and key personnel, as well as the public, about our 1-800-BOARDUP brand and victim services. Sponsor or participate in local charity fundraising events to create awareness of our program and raise money for charities such as the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and F.O.O.L.S. Hours
Approximately 20-25 hours per week for education, marketing, and event coordination, unless otherwise agreed. On-call and ready to respond to emergency calls promptly (weather permitting). Wages
Negotiable. This position offers flexible hours, a marketing budget, car and cell allowances, and a generous bonus structure. Responsibilities
Attend and complete all aspects of the 1-800-BOARDUP training program. Complete and document all items of the onboarding plan. Provide education and assistance to fire/disaster victims as needed. Prepare weekly activity reports for your supervisor. Coordinate with board-up crews and customers to ensure safety and care for citizens. Collaborate with estimators and sales personnel to ensure proper hand-offs and maintain client trust. Engage with community groups to explain our role and services. Participate in and plan fundraising events benefiting local charities.
