Director of Media Planning & Strategy
will lead media strategy and planning efforts, ensuring our clients' campaigns drive real, measurable performance outcomes. You'll shape how we leverage programmatic and data-driven strategies to maximize results, collaborating across teams to optimize media plans, inventory use, and targeting strategies. What You'll Do Lead strategic, high-impact media planning initiatives that shape company growth and client success. Develop and implement media plans that align with client performance goals, leveraging programmatic and data-driven strategies. Optimize campaign structures at the
deal ID
and
targeting
levels to maximize efficiency and performance. Translate
RFPs into actionable media plans , aligning inventory, audience targeting, and pricing with advertiser KPIs. Partner with
Supply, Sales, and Product
to ensure seamless execution from planning to measurement. Standardize media planning processes across sales verticals to
drive consistency and scalability . Use data-driven insights to refine targeting and measurement strategies. Educate agencies and brands on
Performance TV strategies , helping them adopt and optimize for success. Stay ahead of
industry trends , providing thought leadership and insights that keep tvScientific at the forefront. Build and lead a
team of media planners , fostering collaboration and innovation. You'll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are 7+ years
of media planning & strategy experience, with
3+ years in a leadership role
in Digital or CTV advertising. Expertise in
CTV, programmatic buying, and performance marketing . Proven success in building and executing
data-driven media strategies
that drive measurable outcomes. Hands-on experience with
DSPs, ad tech platforms, and measurement tools
(e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, iSpot, Google Analytics). Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to translate data into actionable media strategies. Exceptional
leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
to influence clients and internal teams. A passion for
educating and guiding advertisers
