The North America E-commerce Site team is passionate about delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. We put our customers at the center of everything we do. Weve successfully expanded our presence in the North American market with growth in the US and Canada markets over the last 4 years. We are continuously innovating, refining our processes, and optimizing the customer journey. THE GIG We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategic E-commerce Web Content Coordinator to develop and optimize compelling content for our e-commerce sites. In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful landing pages, homepages, and product page content. You will leverage your expertise in understanding the customer journey to drive conversions and optimize the online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Content Publishing: Focus on building and updating web content such as homepages, landing pages, category banners, and product pages. Ensure that content is optimized for mobile viewing. Quality Assurance (QA): Regularly check and test the content to maintain quality and performance, ensuring smooth user experience and functionality. Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Content Square to track and evaluate content performance. Translate user engagement and conversion metrics into actionable insights to improve content strategies. Collaborate with Global SEO partners to implement strategies for improving organic search rankings. Focus on keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building to drive visibility. Project Management: Oversee multiple content projects at once, ensuring that all deadlines are met and content updates are timely. Communication: Work cross-functionally with other teams, keeping them updated on content performance, user feedback, and optimization strategies. Research and Competition: Stay on top of new trends in the footwear industry, as well as the best practices for digital functions to keep the site competitive. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Proven experience in e-commerce content management, digital marketing, or a related field. Customer first mindset with a deep customer empathy and ability to understand the why behind the behavior and data. Strong knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS). Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and performance metrics. Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with project management software such as Asana, JIRA, or Monday.com preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. A passion for e-commerce and staying current with industry trends and technologies. Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week, with or without accommodations.
