We’re not your average company—we’re reimagining what health looks like in today’s world. Our mission is to unlock human potential and empower people to live their most vibrant lives—physically, financially, and socially. Through cutting-edge product innovation, an industry-leading rewards model, and a fiercely supportive community, we’re activating wellness from the inside out. As our Vice President of Marketing, you’ll lead the charge in shaping our story, connecting people to our mission, and building a brand that sparks action and change. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and visionary marketing leader to join our executive team. As VP of Marketing, you’ll oversee and integrate multiple core functions—from Product Marketing and Brand Strategy to Creative, Media, Social, Communications, and Project Ops. You’ll thrive here if you’re a boundary-pusher, a team builder, and a master of both strategy and execution. This is your chance to lead a high-impact team and build marketing programs that move the needle in measurable, meaningful ways. What You’ll Do
Strategic Vision & Leadership
Architect and execute a modern, multi-channel marketing strategy that fuels growth, strengthens brand equity, and aligns with company goals. Champion innovation—constantly seeking fresh ideas, tools, and trends that elevate brand impact and keep us ahead of the curve. Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing org. You'll set clear goals, build culture, and unlock your team's full potential. Be a connector: align with product, sales, R&D, and executive teams to ensure marketing is synced with company-wide priorities. Build a thriving team environment that celebrates wins, encourages feedback, and promotes continuous learning and improvement. Own the full product lifecycle—from pre-launch strategy to go-to-market plans, ongoing performance, and lifecycle transitions. Partner closely with R&D and Regulatory to ensure our product stories are authentic, relevant, and rooted in real value. Develop pricing, positioning, and packaging strategies that maximize margin and market share while staying true to the brand promise. Use market insights and analytics to drive innovation, prioritize features, and guide future product direction. Creative, Brand & Content
Lead the development of scroll-stopping content, high-conversion campaigns, and thumb-stopping visuals. Ensure every brand touchpoint—from internal comms to consultant-facing campaigns—tells a compelling and cohesive story. Bring the brand to life through videos, events, packaging, and experiences that resonate emotionally and perform commercially. Build a bold social media presence that’s not just reactive—but proactive, engaging, and deeply community-driven. Use data to iterate, evolve, and grow our channels while staying on top of trends and platform innovations. Customer & Corporate Communications
Lead personalized, relevant, and timely communications that deepen relationships and improve the customer journey. Oversee all brand reputation and PR efforts. Partner with agencies to earn meaningful media and respond effectively to emerging issues. Craft executive communications and company-wide messaging that align stakeholders and build credibility. Project Management & Execution
Manage project workflows with precision—ensuring initiatives launch on time, on brand, and on budget. Optimize team operations with scalable systems, KPIs, and workflows for high-velocity output. Data & Performance Insights
Define KPIs that matter and develop dashboards that show what’s working—and what’s not. Regularly report marketing performance and ROI to executive leadership, using insights to drive smarter decisions. What You Bring
