Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to continue the implementation of Netsuite and NSBP along with other business systems at EOI. The ideal candidate will have a background in Netsuite, NSBP, Oracle, SAP, or other mainstream ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing process and system solutions to meet those requirements. As the Netsuite team lead, you will be responsible for leading matrix teams, being a subject matter expert, and driving projects that will make a lasting impact at EOI Space.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development projects Conduct research to identify new technologies and methods to improve business processes Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions Develop and maintain documentation such as training materials and technical specifications Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics Configure and test new business system capabilities based on end-user requirements Communicate project status and progress to team members and monitor progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, recommending changes, and escalating issues as appropriate Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements Design and configure new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and writing specifications Improve systems by studying current system practices and IT modification design Influence the Business Systems roadmap, implement new modules, and work alongside consultants to guide and provide subject matter expertise for new integrations Recommend controls by identifying and documenting process flows and system weaknesses Define project requirements by identifying project milestones Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, related field, or equivalent 10+ years experience implementing ERP solutions 5+ years of experience with NetSuite and NSBP Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages Familiarity with project management tools and techniques Preferred Requirements:
Experience implementing and maintaining Netsuite ERP Understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Knowledge of SQL and database management systems Familiarity with data modeling and data analysis techniques Understanding of software development tools such as JIRA, Git, or SVN NetSuite certification preferred Located near our headquarters facility in Louisville, CO Compensation The anticipated compensation for this position is $135,000-$165,000/yr, depending on previous experience.
