EXI, Inc. is a leading electrical solutions provider specializing in commercial lighting, EV infrastructure, and electrical services nationwide. We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee projects, streamline operations, and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

• Oversee and coordinate multiple commercial electrical and lighting projects
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Track progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risks
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and subcontractor work
• Generate reports and provide regular updates to leadership

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Familiarity with electrical systems, lighting installations, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
