Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical or related engineering field. Minimum 10+ years in electrical commissioning; 3-5 years in management role, or 13+ years with associate degree. Certifications such as NICET or CCP preferred. Strong understanding of electrical systems and testing procedures. Leadership and client management skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Work Environment Combination of office and field work, including construction sites and high-voltage areas. Safety gear required. Candidate Expectations Experience with electronics installation and maintenance. Ability to interpret trade drawings and standards like NEC, NFPA 70E. Preferred Qualifications OEM certified training.
