Overview
This position is highly engaged in the customer service process. They will be directly assisting Client Managers committed to best in industry customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enrollment and Processing: Assist with enrollment in benefit plans, process changes, and maintain accurate records in management systems.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input data into management systems, generate reports, and track employee benefit data.
- Communication and Education: Develop and distribute benefit communications, assist with open enrollment events, and provide information on plan options.
- Compliance and Audits: Assist with auditing benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate benefit records.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with providers and other vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and provide support.
- Client Support: Answer client and employee inquiries via phone, email, or in person about benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and other related topics.
- Other Duties: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and supporting wellness initiatives.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve benefit-related issues, research solutions, and provide clear explanations.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant software.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, ensuring a positive experience
- GA Resident Life & Health License
- Minimum 2 years EB client support
