Reports To: General Manager, Asset Compliance and Performance

Position Overview:

Tomorrow RNG seeks a professional to join its RNG Commercial team. The position is based at Tomorrow RNGs corporate headquarters in McKinney, Texas. The successful candidate will have the unique mix of analytical skills and background necessary to support a wide variety of commercially focused activities related to asset performance analytics, reporting, and coordination with customers, operations and business service teams. Primary responsibilities include supporting commercial compliance activities to ensure that all regulatory obligations are met, and environmental attribute certifications are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Contracts Management: Understand requirements and support the development of systems and processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• RNG Regulation Tracking: Track and manage updates on regulatory and legislative changes affecting RNG and environmental attributes. Identify and collaborate with impacted teams to develop compliance plans.
• Risk Management: Work with credit and risk teams to manage commodities in compliance with policies.
• Optimize Commercial Activities: Continuously improve commercial processes and systems to enhance compliance, reduce costs and ensure customer satisfaction. Take ownership of commercial tools and systems to add value to the organization.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Provide support to other teams related to RNG commercial compliance activities as needed.
• Asset Performance Assessment: Work with operations technical teams to understand current and future performance and identify areas to improve data systems and analytics.
• Strategy and Research: Stay current of market trends, industry news and maintain commercial relationships to contribute to the strategic vision regarding trading and alternative revenue streams as well as acquisition opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited- business, engineering or environmental sciences), or in lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience with RNG, landfills, and/or CNG Fueling
• Fundamental understanding of EPA and/or RNG processes or regulatory experience in the energy industry
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must have valid drivers license
